Roles and Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, test, deploy, and maintain all of the back-end components of the product
• Optimize application performance by properly managing the central database and responses to front-end request.
• Assist front-end developers with system integration.
• Ensure to meet user requirements through thorough assessment, planning, and execution.
• Implement security protocols for system data.
• Write high-performance, testable, reusable, and scalable code
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting for any issues that arise, as well as provide technical support in different project aspects
• Integrate server-side logic to the user-facing components built by front-end developers.
• Incorporate data protection and cybersecurity measures.
• Ensure that the main database and front-end requests are at their optimal performance.
• Identify and implement data storage solutions.
• Perform diagnostic tests, fix bugs, and provide technical support to users.
• Document software development processes and prepare project reports.
• Provide suggestions for improvement and apply them to daily tasks and processes.
• Document Node.js processes such as database tables, schemas, and reports

Requirements and skills

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or a similar field is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in PHP programming language
• At least 2-5 years of experience as a PHP developer
• Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Apache, Nginx, and Ubuntu
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional certifications such as Zend Certified PHP Engineer or PHP Certification
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CakePHP
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
• Great written and verbal communication skills

Role & responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to develop effective strategies for business expansion.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts. Qualify leads and prioritize them based on their potential for business growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Regularly engage with clients to provide solutions, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition, benefits, and features of the company's products or services.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives. Provide feedback from clients to improve products or services.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts. Generate regular reports to management outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities.
