Future-proofing

- Is AI native (voice bots, chatbots, analytics) or a partner logo on a slide?
- Can channels share one wallet and one customer timeline?
- How fast do new channels (like RCS) reach customers here?
- Migration help in — and, honestly, out?
- Who picks up at 11 PM mid-campaign?
