  1. Do you operate your own routes/telephony or resell someone's? (Ask for specifics.)
  2. What is the written uptime SLA — and the credit when it is missed?
  3. Where does my data live, and who can see message content?

Commercial honesty

  1. Published rate card or "custom pricing" fog? (Ours is public.)
  2. What exactly happens to unused balance?
  3. Which fees appear only after signing? (Seats, templates, onboarding, "support plans".)

Future-proofing

  1. One API family across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice, email — or five bolted products?
  2. Is AI native (voice bots, chatbots, analytics) or a partner logo on a slide?
  3. Can channels share one wallet and one customer timeline?
  4. How fast do new channels (like RCS) reach customers here?
  5. Migration help in — and, honestly, out?
  6. Who picks up at 11 PM mid-campaign?
